El Patio Cafe

It's a little hard to find. We got there when the place was almost empty. This was our first time there. I noticed that the place was pretty big with lots of tables and ample stuff. I figured that we would be in and out of there in no time. Well, I guess that I jinxed it. As more customers arrived, the place was quickly filled. I began to notice that the more frequent and known customers were being served before us. These were customers that came in WAY after us. When I asked the waitress why this was occurring, she insulted my intelligence by saying that it was because I had ordered crispy bacon. After another long wait, our food finally arrived, and guess what was missing? Yes, the crispy bacon. She further insulted my intelligence by saying that it was still cooking and would be back with it. Meanwhile, the customers that came after us had already eaten and were at the register paying for their check. When I finally got my bacon, it was cold but crispy. The food was delicious and very well priced. It just took forever to get it.

This restaurant has been around for quite a while. Make it through the pot hole riddled parking lot and you'll strike gold. Prices are extremely reasonable considering how much the price of food has gone up. Wife and I enjoy their burger basket which range from $4.75 to $6.75 depending on the toppings you choose. Great food, great service and great prices.

If the service was as good as the food I’d give it a five star review. Unfortunately there’s one waitress that’s very rude. Never greets us just walks up and asks if we’re ready, walks off in the middle of our sentences, and will literally leave me without a beverage the entire visit to the point where i have to get up with my empty glass and ask for some more. Other than that the food is so good and high quality. I recommend any breakfast plate and the carne guisada. The owner is also such a sweet lady :)

Atmosphere is always “Old School” good vibes. I love the relaxed feel to it. The Breakfast is all I can honestly recommend because it’s the only meal I have gone there for… not to take away from its menu options I’m just speaking from my own personal experience. It’s breakfast special you just can’t BEAT! Extremely AFFORDABLE! My husband loves the mini biscuits and coffee. I would definitely recommend it every time! 🌞🙌🙌🙌💯

I think the waiters should be more nice stop being in hurry . And think you only can do so much one at a time. The don't smile or say good morning or good afternoon the come to you and they say your ready. It used to be very nice, hospitable always with smiles. Now they sll have the same face like if some one is making them work . I love thier food but not there waitresses. I think if you are paying to go it at least have a smile even if it fake SMILE ☺

I don't normally like to leave bad reviews but this has happened already on multiple occasions. I don't know the name of the waitress so i'll call her Doris since she looks like Doris from Shrek, the mole and makeup are on point. She's very rude to some of her customers and always seems to have a bad attitude from what I have observed. If you decide to dine here, I would suggest avoiding her and requesting someone else. Dine here at your own discretion.
